Ping Conference is a division of Ping Healthcare Pte Ltd, an independent healthcare and medical communications company, which is directed by its founder. Ping Conference hosts an in-house service-led Leadership Team that is well-equipped to provide end-to-end conference solutions, tailored to each clients' needs.

The efficient Ping Conference team is headed by the Managing Director and the Operations Director. The conference director heads the Project Management and oversees the team activities, which comprise of -

- The Medical Writing Team, comprising of an in-house Medical Writer and the Editor
- The Creative Team, comprising of in-house Studio Manager/ Senior Designer and in-house Web-designer
- Operations Team, comprising of in-house Operations Manager and Registration Officers
